Dr. Gray received his degree in medicine from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center and completed his fellowship at Chapel Hill’s Division of Nephrology.


Dr. Jeanette Bourne

Dr. Jeanette Bourne

Dr. Jeanette Bourne is a native of Massachusetts who moved to North Carolina after completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in New York at Columbia University.  She moved to Charlotte from Raleigh, NC where she was an Attending Obstetrics and Gynecology physician at Wake Medical Center.  She is credentialed to treat Pain Management patients and Addiction Medicine patients with Suboxone Therapy.


Jamie Dreon, MSN-FNP-C

Jamie Dreon, MSN-FNP-C

Jamie Dreon, MSN-FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner since 2014. She received her MS in nursing in the family nurse practitioner program from the Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. She received her BS in nursing from Queens University of Charlotte. She worked as an RN in the progressive care unit and cardiac telemetry unit at Carolinas Healthcare System in Charlotte, NC while completing her graduate degree. She has experience in gastroenterology and digestive disease disorders and has been working and specializing in chronic pain management since 2015.

Colleen Toms, DNP, FNP-BC

Colleen Toms, DNP, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, licensed in North Carolina.  She attended Gardner Webb University, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2016.  While working as an RN in the ER, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree/Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC.
